How much will it cost?
All of our costs are visible on the booking form unless you have any extras/add-ons that require cleaning. We price competitively within the cleaning industry and strongly believe that our convenience paired with quality cleaning services sets us apart from the rest.
Do I need to provide the cleaning products and supplies?

InsideOut Cleaning provides all necessary supplies for your convenience. Our home cleaning professionals use only the highest quality natural green cleaning products and the best equipment available to ensure that your home is cleaned properly.

The only event of which we may not provide products, is if a customer has special requests and wants us to use something they provide.

Can I ask for special additional cleaning tasks?

Of course! We always go above and beyond for our customers, which is why we added a “special comments” section to our booking form where you can ask for any extra services you may need.

How can I apply my coupon code?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to a past appointment that has already been completed.

We conduct background and reference checks and conduct in-person interviews to ensure the safety of our customers. We prioritize your trust and security, which is why we only work with cleaning professionals who hold themselves to the highest standards.

What do I do if something goes wrong during my house cleaning service appointment?

At InsideOut, we prioritize the safety of your home and belongings. That’s why all of our cleaning professionals are insured and trained to handle any issues that may arise during a cleaning session. We also believe in constant communication with our clients, so we can promptly address any concerns or issues that may come up.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, which is why we proactively plan for any potential problems. You can trust us to provide reliable and professional cleaning services for your home.

Can I trust InsideOut Cleaning with my billing information?

Absolutely! We use SSL (an online security technology) to make sure that our website is never compromised in any way. Any billing information we store is maintained in a secure database that will also never be compromised. Rest assured that your security is our top priority.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Absolutely. At InsideOut, we do reference checks, police checks, and extensive background checks on all of our home cleaning professionals.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, 100%. At InsideOut Cleaning, we stand behind our work and strive for your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours. Our professional cleaners will return and re-clean the area at no extra charge to you.

What is your refund policy?

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7 day window). If and only after our re-clean is completed – you’re still not happy with our service, we offer a full refund.
