How much will it cost

All of our costs are visible on the booking form unless you have any extras/add-ons that require cleaning. We price competitively within the cleaning industry and strongly believe that our convenience paired with quality cleaning services sets us apart from the rest.

Can I cancel any time?

There are never contracts or obligations when working with InsideOut Cleaning. You can cancel an appointment at any time. The only thing we ask is if you have to reschedule for any reason, let us know at least 48 hours in advance. There is a $60 cancellation fee for cancellations that occur 48 hours before the arrival time of the appointment.

do i need to provide the cleaning products and supplies

InsideOut Cleaning provides all necessary supplies for your convenience. Our home cleaning professionals use only the highest quality natural green cleaning products and the best equipment available to ensure that your home is cleaned properly.

The only event of which we may not provide products, is if a customer has special requests and wants us to use something they provide.

can i ask for special additional cleaning tasks

Of course! We always go above and beyond for our customers, which is why we added a "special comments" section to our booking form where you can ask for any extra services you may need.

how can i apply my coupon code?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to a past appointment that has already been completed.

What happens if I’m not happy with my cleaning?
If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7 day window). If and only after our re-clean is completed – you’re still not happy with our service, we offer a full refund.

The time needed for a home cleaning can vary based on many factors. These include the condition and size of the home, extras, and which team we send since some cleaners clean faster than others.
How many people will arrive to clean my home?

The size of the team we send may vary. Most of our teams are teams of two people. Depending on the size of the job we may send a team as small as one or as large as three depending on the requirements. If you feel you require a team of a certain size, please request that in the comments for the booking or call and let us know. We’ll always do our best to accommodate.

do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Absolutely. At InsideOut, we do reference checks, police checks, and extensive background checks on all of our home cleaning professionals.

do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, 100%. At InsideOut Cleaning, we stand behind our work and strive for your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours. Our professional cleaners will return and re-clean the area at no extra charge to you.
